Monticello Plaza is a 105,860 rentable square foot community shopping center anchored by an approximately 63,000-square foot Kroger Supermarket. Monticello is location in Central Indiana, approximately 25 miles north of Lafayette and 85 miles northwest of Indianapolis. Monticello is a popular tourist destination, which includes Lake Shafer, home of Indiana Beach, a popular amusement park and water park that draws residents from all over.

 

The subject property is located off North Main Street, which is the major north/south thoroughfare in Monticello.
